Responsibilities : Design, provision, configure, manage, secure, monitor, and optimize all Networking technologies used at our office
Provide day-to-day operations of network support team, network operation center and network security support.
Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues
Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): hardware maintenance, PC deploy, Windows, Linux, Installation, Troubleshooting Laptops, Printers and other IT related.
Having knowledge on LAN, Wireless LAN, Firewall, Routing and Switching technologies.
Able to analyze network traffic is a mandatory
Good understanding with OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
Preferably have certification (MTCNA/CCNA/CCENT/CompTIA+).
Familiar with Documentation (Record Assets, Support Ticketing and Reporting)
Minimum 1 year experience of end-to-end contract process of drafting, review, related to other parties (Legal, User, SME, Vendor) and circular signing.
