Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of work experience in an online tech/advertising/mobile apps/gaming company.
  • Experience in addressing and explaining the product offerings to Sales teams and customers, with and without technical details.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams located around the globe in different timezones.
  • Experience in creating online marketing and advertising strategies for performance focused clients.
  • Highly analytical and data driven, with experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Appsflyer, Firebase, or other App measurement tools.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) and ability to influence others.

Our Apps Specialist team is tasked with driving customer business growth through new product activations while being trusted advisors to sales teams as well as product teams, influencing them to develop products that cater to market and customer opportunities.

Within Apps, you will be focused on leading the commercialization and activation of our core App install and engagement business and will be working on a variety of products. You will primarily be working with our Gaming teams and app spenders.

You will build partnerships at various levels of the organization, with a particular focus on partnering with Sales teams, Regional teams, and global Product teams.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new product adoption and excellent app campaigns by presenting mobile app promotion marketing solutions.
  • Work well in forming cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to realize advertiser goals and educate customers on the opportunities within them.
  • Develop strategies that optimize the market potential. Provide excellent client service to potential new customers.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app promo products.
  • Identify gaps in the product proposition and work with the associated teams to build interim solutions to plug the gap, while surfacing the opportunity to global product teams.
