About the Role

Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you are ready to be our Internal Auditor. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to the company, employing end-to-end audit processes for special investigations, critical thinking skills to identify complex problems, and stellar analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide valuable solutions to the business. You will get to develop and execute the team's annual and individual audit plans, perform audit monitoring tasks, and ensure strong corporate governance in the work that you do. The folks in the Internal Audit Function team will be your companions on this ride, banding together to enhance the company's operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Develop, execute, and evaluate annual audit plan by outlining operational aspects: individual audit plan, audit implementation, and monitoring of audit results
• Perform individual audit plans by creating in-depth and comprehensive analyses and assessments of audit assignments with high-quality standards
• Execute audit plan by identifying all possibilities to improve and increase the efficient use of resources, activities, and business processes, including potential new opportunities
• Perform audit monitoring by providing objective improvements, information, and critical recommendations about the activities, business processes, services, and products at all levels of management
• Improve the implementation quality of good corporate governance, internal control, and risk operations
• Submit audit results to internal and external counterparts, and ensure these results comply with applicable policies, regulations, and procedures
• Maintain good relations with the Auditee and third counterparts during the implementation of the Internal Audit assignment

What You Will Need

• At least 6 years of experience as an in-house internal auditor within the payments, finance, business operations, or IT fields, or as an auditor in a consulting firm; experience in conducting audits for payment/financial services/IT Operational
• Experience engaging with governmental stakeholders/regulators (BI or OJK) is a big plus
• Experience utilizing Computer-Assisted Audit Tools and Techniques (CAATTs) or similar digital tools, and experience with SQL or any other tools for advanced analytics and data visualization with minimum supervision
• Good understanding of Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Compliance
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities in order to produce accurate root cause and recommendation of issue
• Strong leadership experience, both structural and functional in order to deal with complications during audit assignment
• Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders of all levels within the organization with differing needs and priorities
• A CIA/CISA/ISO27001 certification will be a big plus

About the Team

Our Internal Audit team is a small family of 7 based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As Rawon is to the people of Indonesia, we are to GoTo Financial: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out. Our main responsibility is to bring a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes for GoTo Financial. We're working on several projects now, including one about enhancing our financial operations within the company.
