About the Team
Our Reconciliation team, part of the wider Financial stream, comprises 3 pillars: consumers/driver-partners, small-medium businesses/enterprise, and control & payout monitoring. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, we collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to reconciliation, settlement, and disputes. We ensure the accuracy and completeness of GoPay's transactions, including its services such as GoPay Top Up, Withdrawal, and Merchant Payout.
What drives us is our shared sense of urgency for making process improvements that will leave a company-wide benefit, as well as ensure our partners and customers have a delightful experience on our platform. Should you have any questions on how to ensure your transactions are posted and paid correctly, you know who to come to.
As our GoPay platform, users, and services continue to scale rapidly, our team has been busy working on automation and process improvements for our stream, with our collective goal of ensuring GoPay is better positioned as the most trusted platform for our customers and partners alike.
Despite the work, we do know how to have fun, too. We're a small team, so we've inevitably grown close as friends. While we do miss our monthly outings and dinners, we enjoy catching up over Slack and Zoom calls, where we share our favorite ways to spend time safely at home (Netflix and baking marathons, galore!).
