Job Description

Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning bookings arriving by email, telephone, or through a booking system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in tourism, hospitality or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Customer-service experience.
  • Data entry experience and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and cool attitude.
