Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning bookings arriving by email, telephone, or through a booking system.
Requirements:
Diploma in tourism, hospitality or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Customer-service experience.
Data entry experience and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and cool attitude.
