Job Description

Support and contribute in creating and implementing all Culture and Engagement initiatives in AIA Financial

  • Create and implement initiatives in relation to increase employee engagement
  • Liaise with external party in providing L&E equipment and supplies e.g. venue & F&B
  • Academic community : as a liaison to communicate Company profile and develop positive image and mutual programs between AIAF and Academic community
  • Undertake the internship program and evaluation process
  • Lead and coordinate Employee Engagement Team for employee engagement program implementation
  • Giving support for other duties that may be assigned
