About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Do project management for IT parts, including but not limited to manage timeline, scope, cost, progress tracking, stakeholder (including vendor), agreement finalization, post implementation support, project document completeness, management progress update and reporting.
  • Act as Delivery Manager to manage vendor deliverables, 3rd party connection, ensure infrastructure readiness and address any IT security concern.
  • Coordinate & collaborate with all related parties both internal & external in every stage of project lifecycle in order to deliver the project within timeline & budget.
  • Creating, follow up, collecting, and filing Project Document Deliverables to meet the mandatory document requirement of project lifecycle.
  • Support SIT, UAT and Implementation process.
  • Manage “Run the Bank” for system under ADD5 domain, such as conduct System Monthly Maintenance with the vendor, apply & support System Security Patches, Production System Incident Handling as the SME, etc.
  • Conduct Yearly Activites for system under ADD5 domain, such as Vendor Evaluation, Renewal System Maintenance Agreement, System Obsolescence Review, DR Exercise, etc.
  • Manage Portfolio / Inventory of ADD5 domain systems, such as List of environments & servers, System configuration, license, backup, SSL certificate, IT Assets, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information systems or related.
  • Proven experience as Project Manager and IT Technical Delivery in banking/financial industries application implementation for at least 8 - 10 years.
  • Strong project management, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other project management/technical delivery software/tools.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented team player who pays close attention to details and ensures accuracy.
  • Able to thrive in an environment of managing multiple tasks with fixed deadlines and less supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Good business knowledge of general banking systems especially in Digital Banking / Credit Card business & operations is preferable.
