Job Description

Responsibilities: Digital Strategy
  • Help building the digital strategy of the Company;
  • Develop SEO of company’s website;
  • Manage SEO/SEM;
  • In charge of implementing digital ad campaign (digital media planning/buying);
  • In charge of monitoring leads generation KPI’s;
  • In charge of organizing email blasting campaigns.
Website
  • Able to conduct digital campaign;
  • Able to analyze results;
  • Basic knowledge and hands on experience with Web Applications;
  • Raise issues of the website performance to the immediate manager(s);
  • Review statistics and monitor KPI’s of the websites (visit, leads etc…);
  • Ensure proper design of the website (mobile friendly).
Social Media
  • Build and execute social media strategy
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (Text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and create trusts amongst community members
  • Act as a community manager by reviewing and moderating content posted by company clients on blogs and social media
SELECTION CRITERIA
  • Graduated from a Communication/Marketing/Advertising
  • Minimum 5 years proven working experience in strategic digital marketing or related field who act as conceptor, planner and executioner
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Possess a general knowledge of web functions and standards
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEM and SEO
  • Detailed-oriented, meticulous and creative.
  • Excellent time management skills, strong organization and result oriented.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate in international and cross-functional teams under fast paced environment.
  • Preferably has experienced in Offline to Online specialist for Offline Retail Stores.
