The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. Job Description:
  • Responsible in building handover with building contractor and own all necessary documentation
  • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. cooling system, alarms, and security cameras)
  • Ensure all assets are recorded and barcoded in the asset register and the allocation of assets in accordance with the relevant policy and procedures
  • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
  • Coordinate asset condition inspections and assessments, asset valuations and assist in developing asset renewal and maintenance programs
  • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
  • Ensure that supplier deliveries are in line with contract deliveries requirements (e.g. price, quality – minimum returns on deliveries)
  • Fix minor malfunctions in warehouse and office equipment
  • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
  • Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)
  • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (K3)

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Maintenance, and/ or Asset Management position
  • Having knowledge of asset management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups at both a general and technical level
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and self-motivation
  • Demonstrate integrity in the workplace through honesty and transparency of information
  • Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task
  • Have Project planning and Management skills to multitask effectively
  • Have experience in crisis management, one of which is dealing with pandemic situations
  • Ready to be placed in Bogor and mild travelling
  • Experience in working with many stakeholders
  • Self-starter, self-driven, independent with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Have continuous improvement mind-set with good initiative
  • Have strong responsibility by taking ownership on any given task
  • Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
