Job Description

Specifically for handling Health and Life Claims

Process new insurance claims notifications

Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim

Monitor the progress of a claim

Ensure and Prepare fair settlement of a valid claim in accordance with company and Insurance guidelines

Handle any complaints associated with a claim
Minimum Diploma majoring in Nursing

Having a working experience in Insurance Company (Claim)

Strong understanding of insurance concepts

Professional attitude and service oriented

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment

Willing to get the temporary contract period (4 months)
