Assist in the planning, implementing and the maintenance of holistic media campaigns with the ability to assist in both the higher-level strategy as well as the implementation/execution of outbound campaigns.
Develop innovative solutions beyond standard planning to include content, customized research, activation and social media marketing, programmatic digital, mobile, search, etc.
Responsible for working with all the relevant teams and negotiating with media partners to achieve company KPI’s.
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and develop measurement methodology against all briefs
Proactively engage with various departments and specialist partners (outside mainstream media) to drive commercially viable media solutions.
Provide day-to-day direction to implementation groups for the strategic media plan.
Maintain and communicate up-to-date records of the implementation of the plan.
Provide research and analysis to manage various issues that arise in the execution.
Must have at least 4-5 years experience in media/digital planning and buying.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources.
Competent in media planning and buying across all platforms with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media.
A track record of success in integrating a digital product offering into a wider communications planning offering (offline and online).
Positive team spirit with the willingness to go the extra mile and passion for thinking outside the box.
Fluency in Bahasa and English, while Mandarin (Chinese) is beneficial.
