Responsibilities:
  • Setup the ICT / FP and FCT tester in accordance with the production schedule, control and ensure the tester runs well.
  • Perform maintenance processes on all testers in accordance with the schedule that has been set
  • Debug PCBA that failed during production to achieve the specified target shipment.
  • Report the results of debugging that has been done into the "Test Management System" software.
  • Work with Test Engineer for any issue and concern and improvement.
  • Validate each tester before the start of production process with the KGB and KBB.
  • Clear and debug any SRMA.

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
  • Senior High School/Vocational/ Diploma Degree graduates in Engineering field
  • To be able to perform failure analysis to determine root cause and reduce scraps due to unserviceable boards
  • To be able to sets up test apparatus and equipment and conducts functional testing. Recommends changes in circuitry if necessary to improve installation specification for assembly improvement, test method cycle time improvement, and products performance improvement.
  • Proven work experience in senior test technician
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Knowledge of process related standards
  • Experience in process simulations
  • Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
  • CAD or AutoCAD skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
