About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager who can join us on this journey, using his or her technological skills to make us more efficient. In this role, you will analyze our current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the cutting edge. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth.
As our IT Service Delivery Manager, you will take full responsibilities of IT end user computing operation in Gojek Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam. You will need to ensure 100,00 + GoTroops across the ASEAN region are able to work seamlessly with their IT tools (Laptop and the apps installed), this to support Gojek business process, enabling Gojek boosting the GoTroops productivity on creating social impact.
What You Will Do
Lead the IT end user support in south east asia region to maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers laptops, desktops, software, and hardware inventory
Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy and own process improvement that will impact larger business initiative
Manage strong partnership with all key stakeholders in the counties, not limited to IT audit team, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership team
Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations
Ensure high level of IT SLA and user satisfaction
Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
Scale up the team capacity as IT business partner by extending mentorship focusing on both technical and non-technical domain and provide solid leadership presence to the group
What You Will Need
At least 10+ years experience in IT management and 5+ years as people manager
Hands-on technical depth in complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science
Experience on handling audit/review internal and external
Expert on managing MacOs, Windows and office networking
In depth understanding of ITIL and ISO 27001 and able to plan and deploy the IT SOP and Policy
Solid stakeholder management skill with proven experience managing partnership with senior leadership team

You will be part of the Global IT Infrastructure and Operation wolf pack that overall supports 10K users across Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and India. We look after IT infrastructure assets and maintain the environment continuously to ensure the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure. Our technical solutions will help team all-across functions make better and faster business decisions and perform optimally.
