Job Description

Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
Execute quality improvement testing and activities
Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Control process starting from pre-production until finish production processes

Fluent in english (min. passive)
Minimum 3 years experience in garment industry as QA
Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative.
Working knowledge of products and services
In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
Good customer focus
Sharp attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good planning and organizing skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Literate in Microsoft office programs
Meticulous and diligent attributes
Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time
