About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding Ads and Promo, look no further. We are part of the Gojek Ads & Promo (APP) group who manages end-to-end the ads & promo businesses at Gojek. As our Strategy & New Initiatives Lead, you’ll develop both hard skills: presentation design, and quantitative analysis, as well as soft skills: Stakeholder management and communication. On this ride, you will be coordinating closely with all teams in APP, as well as Gojek’s central management teams (Finance, Strategic Partnership, Strategy, and many more). You will contribute to the overall APP’s business strategyand collectively get us even closer to our Northstar which is to become the go-to (pun intended) platform for digital ads for our advertising partners
What You Will Do
Be part of high-level strategic decision discussions in APP Group
Help to determine the strategic direction of the group through research
Design semi-annual OKRs (Objective & Key Results) for the APP Group
Create yearly Opex and revenue budgets for the group
Work on projects to improve employee engagement
Help coordinate the group’s townhalls
Work on other special, one-off projects
What You Will Need
At least 4 year working experience in Consulting / Accounting / Investing firms, and/or in-house corporate strategy/corporate finance
Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
Good relationship management with internal stakeholders
Fluency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and presentations (Google Slides)
Experience in Ads-related revenue streams would be advantage
Experience in Advertising platforms (FB/IG Ads, Tokopedia Seller) or E-commerce, is a plus

The Advertising & Promo Platform (APP) group in Gojek is focussed on providing relevant and targeted content for our users, while giving commercial value for our clients, ranging from small F&B merchants to international brand principals. We achieve this dual mission by leveraging our deep relationship with the users, and in turn, building high-return marketing campaigns with exceptional execution processes for our clients.
The Strategy & New Initiatives (SNI) team in the APP group consists of 5 people who have diverse backgrounds in Management Consulting, Big tech and national corporations. Our team will continually support your professional development through mentorship, developing priceless expertise in Business Strategy, Stakeholder Management, People Leadership, and deep Subject Expertise. The SNI team will play a crucial role in the success of the APP group. The team has the privilege to direct the overall direction of the group through target setting and engagement projects.
