Job Description

Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards

Grow, mentor and lead AI & data science team. Ensuring that team members are clear about expected standards of performance, motivated, and developed to provide effective and efficient services.

Provide expertise in statistics and probability, and the evaluation of data use, algorithms and models.

Ideas & insights into newer AI-powered business models, AI automation projects, and AI/ML models quality assurance strategy
Min. bachelor’s degree majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field

Min 3+ years of proven experience in data analyst/machine learning/data engineer

Having a basic understanding of programming languages, such as Python

Strong technical skills, including Python, SQL, R, Tablea u

Proven experience in the exposure to Big Data platforms

Excellent ability to solve complex problems and highly analytical person

Knowledge about the insurance industry would be an advantage

Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
