Order Management in a European MNC - Engineering Industry
Reporting to Finance Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible providing direct support to customers, including transactional quotations, basic technical support, invoicing and/or order fulfilment.

Profile
You have at least 2 years experience in shipment arrangement, well known about HS Code, experience in preparing shipment documents such as custom clearance (BL), Packing List, Invoice, Bank guarantee application, Letter of credit negotiation and others related documents.
You have also demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity as a team player and customer-oriented with good communication. You are someone who are proactive, strong in analytical & problem-solving and multitasking.
