Job Descriptions :

Responsible for providing backend support to Sales in terms of timely Customer Service, Warehouse Operations and implementation of all laid down systems and procedures.
Monitors overhead cost, capex requirements and ensure compliances to statutory and taxation requirements
Ensure timely service through Warehouse for all Asian Paints Products
Ensure Order Cycle Time (OCT) for delivery of material to Customers
Identify and address the factors affecting the Order Cycle Time
Ensure timely and accurate settlement of Schemes
Prepare annual overheads budgets for the warehouses and monitor on monthly basis to control overhead costs
Ensure optimization of vehicle utilization and route plan to control freight cost within budgeted limits
Negotiate the rates in a cost effective manner for various services
Propose and execute capex projects as per the defined schedule
Ensure stock verification and take measures to control the stock variances
Optimization of storage space in warehouses
Identify and finalize appropriate vendors for providing various services
Monitor the due dates of agreements and ensure timely renewals
Ensure updation of Statutory compliances on within the due dates
Ensure growth and development of immediate team
Productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growths

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Willing to work on Saturday (Twice saturday in 1 month)
