Public Relations:
Develop brilliant external communications and stakeholder engagement strategy, plan and budget, including corporate and consumer CEO program, social, speaker program, media and analyst engagement to create thought leadership in key areas.
Roll out high quality campaign and engagement activities
Ensure alignment with broader global/regional Prudential external communications guidelines, strategy, messages, and activity.
Act as a spokesperson and brand representative
Media Relations:
Manage media relations with 10 most relevant media house in Indonesia to promote influence.
Collaborate with Brand Management team to utilize KOLs and Influencers the best way possible that is well aligned with brand message.
Manage day-to-day proactive and reactive corporate and consumer media relations and organic social media.
Issues & Crisis Handling:
Develop proactive corporate reputation strategy, plan and budget to anticipate crisis and issues management.
Develop and improve issues and crisis handling procedures
Collaborate with IMT and Reputation Management Task Force to ensure proper and timely escalation, information distribution and executions.
Budget & Vendor Management
Responsible for planning and implementation of PR & Media communications expenditures within the whole Customer & Marketing budget.
Manage PR vendor engagement, by holding periodical vendor performance review with proper minutes and follow up action tracking to ensure optimal service and coverage of SOW in the most efficient way.
Performance Tracking
Track and review PR KPIs (eg: earned media value, brand key imagery level, media and public sentiment, reach, and engagement rate).
Continually improve activities and programs to achieve KPIs
Team Management
Ensure team members and PR agency partners are proactive, anticipative, highly responsive and fast moving.
Excellent team management skills, with experience of building and creating high performing and responsive communications teams is required.

Job Specification:
University degree in Communications or other related disciplines experience
10 years experience in communications and other related disciplines knowledge
Demonstrate experience in conceptualizing, writing and editing
Autonomy

Gathering data for updated information needed from all related dept. and other sources as well (ex. Books, internet, association)
In the process of editing and writing articles for customer communication, the job holder should be able to present the best options
