Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for evaluating the budget proposals to determine the optimal allocation of project funds.

Reviewing the budget and request for funding as well as conducting cost-benefits analysis among other duties.

Work closely with Project Owners/Managers and Business Analyst to develop organization budget.

Maintain & monitor budget in regular basis to track expense, income and anticipate for future financial needs.

Responsible for Asset management & Tracking; recording the cost tangible fixed assets to improve the usage and security of valuables items.

Able to identify important links/aspects to utilize assets and improve the business.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead budget tracking & monitoring / Provide cost-benefit analysis / Asset Registration & Tracking activity / Develop future financial plan for Organization / Maintain ROI tracking in Retail department / Establish action items based on finding of budget & asset spending.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
