Job Description:

Assist and coordinate with related Business Units (BU) in conducting Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) material issues assessment on annual basis.
Assist and coordinate with related BU in preparing ESG program and formulating relevant targets.
Monitor the implementation of ESG program and targets achievement on regular basis.
Assist BU in conducting data collection for Sustainability Report or other ESG disclosure and perform validation on a quarterly basis.
Coordinate with BU in preparing the Sustainability Report content.
Prepare and analyze the required data needed to assess the implementation of ESG activities in Sinar Mas Land.
Evaluate the implementation of overall ESG activities, including recommending improvements, and simplifying the implementation of further actions.
Implement and monitor the initiatives assigned by management in accordance with predetermined timeline.
Develop and prepare reports requested by management, such as SR Quarterly Report, ESG Program Realization Report, and Target Achievement Report.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Environmental Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position or from reputable advisory firm.
Mastering in Microsoft Office.
Excellent presentation, Communication, and Project Management skills.
Have good problem solving, research, and analytical thinking.
Detail-oriented and a self-starter.
Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
