About the challenge Are you a fresh grad or a final-year student looking into that working experience to get your career started? Are you analytical, organized, detailed, and service-oriented? As a Strategy and Operations Intern, you will be assisting the CEO Office team in doing research and be exposed to a wide variety of topics ranging in any function in the company. An experience that not most of the people at the beginning of their career are lucky enough to learn about.

What a day at work for you will look like:

    • You will work closely with the CEO Office team doing research under the instruction of the team.
    • You will need to understand complex processes within the different functions of the company.
    • You will assist along the journey of a project from the start until the end and see how a strategic role is bringing impact to the company.

Is this you?

    • Excellent negotiation skills: Understands what makes a client tick, and knows how to push for the most optimal solution. Can get always get a deal that makes all parties happy
    • Critical and resourceful: A 'why' person. Thinks critically and puts in the additional effort to get to the right conclusion, dares to challenge the status quo, and is always on the lookout to improve
    • Resilient: Someone who can stand even tho there are some discouraging situations, no harsh conversation can get them demotivated. Understands and is able to deal with people who have a bad day
    • Excellent relations building skills: Can put themselves in someone else shoes and build relationships with ease and joy. Understands people's needs and desires in a heartbeat
    • A final year student or a fresh grad from a reputable university.
    • No working experience is needed.
    • Can comprehend processes quickly and curious about why certain things are done in such a way and always questioning the status quo.
    • Good with detailed work and is focused on the tasks at hand.
    • Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments
Our selection procedure in a nutshell The position reports to the CEO of Office and Strategy Consultant. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
