Manage customer relation administration effectively and efficiently
Create and manage tenant database
Filling documents or letter according to category
Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Administration, preferably experience in Shopping Center
Computer literate (Ms.Office)
Have data analysis skill
Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
Willing to be placed in ITC Kuningan, South Jakarta
Collect, clean, analyze, provide insights from data, real-time or periodically, and communicate the findings to different teams or stakeholders in the company.
