Job Description

  • Work across all discipline areas, in particular direct marketing to support sales, collateral development, digital, and marketing event
  • Supporting the strategy and plan developed by the Country Manager, liaise with Global Head of MS Marketing
  • Contribute to the development of the Area business and marketing strategy and assist in recommending the most appropriate marketing communication vehicles
  • Liaise with Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Management
  • Manage a project plan and all stakeholders to their actions in the required time frames for each tactical initiative
  • Monitor and report on all tactic results
  • Maintain the quality and relevance of all marketing communication messages to customers, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to SAI Global marketing process and audit control processes
  • Measure campaign results and effectiveness and report back to the business
  • Plan and execute marketing campaign activities if required

Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate the context, outcomes, and impact of the analysis to a diverse audience from Executives to line-level employees
    • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders
    • Minimum of 3+ years’ marketing experience within a services organization
    • Strong Demand Generation/Lead creation marketing experience
    • Experienced in managing multiple marketing campaigns is essential
    • Experienced in nurturing marketing leads through to sales propositions
    • Experienced in using Pardot and/or Canva platforms
    • Degree level education in a Marketing or relatable field is preferred
    • Confident and effective communicator, both written and oral, as well as presenting in Bahasa Indonesia and English
    • Good IT literacy and skills, i.e. proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
