Job Description

He/She will manage the overall finance & inventory management function of PT ZOLL Medical Indonesia (Oracle), including but not limited to monthly/quarterly reporting, accounts receivable and payables.

Job Summary:

  • Manage monthly/quarterly general ledger closing procedures and financial statement preparation, ensuring accurate reporting in Oracle and Hyperion
  • Processing all invoices and collections, as well as payments and expenses as at when required
  • Preparation of tax filing (i.e. PPN) as well as other local statutory requirements to the Indonesia local authorities as required
  • Support and assist with additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure Customers' needs are taken care of within the standards of performance set by management
  • Ensuring compliance to ZOLL policies & procedures

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent in finance/accounting

Skill Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge in accounting and finance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • PC literate-databases, order processing and spreadsheets
  • Proven team player
