  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university in any major
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in customer service (inbound) role
  • At least 5 years in senior managerial level
  • Strong to lead customer service department, call center management and good knowledge to handling customer complain
  • Have good leadership skill
  • Good communication in English both oral and written
