Job Description

Act as a specialist for the product

Give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product

Do testing, troubleshooting issues, creating SOP, etc

Work on administrative task of the product

Maintain existing app products (product management)

Work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers and Designer on feature and UX/UI implementations
Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement

1 - 2 years' experience of product management or product owner, fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively

Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

Internship experience in the e-commerce industry or product management is a plus

Speak one of the languages besides English: Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, in order to communicate more efficiently with teams from one of our markets

Preferably someone who has a design background
