Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support function’s administration activities by following established procedures. Perform work which varies from routine and repetitive tasks to those requiring some independent judgement.

Job Descriptions:

  • Do general office clerical work requiring some independent judgment such as:- Sorting, classifying, indexing, cross referencing, and filling agreement, legal documents, correspondence, reports, and other documents (hard files and soft files)
  • Using documents such as manuals, catalogs, files, legal records, etc to find necessary information.
  • Proofreads reports for errors in typing, spelling, punctuation, grammar, capitalization, and vocabulary
  • Operates various office machines including, photocopiers, scanners, telephone, and related equipment
  • Support function’s administrative tasks such as updating data on legal documents, maintaining legal subscription, maintaining incoming emails for the legal team, payment requests, office stationery request, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to Work from Office (Jakarta)
  • At least D1 graduate (office administration or other related field)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience as Legal Admin or related positions
  • Good communication skill and basic knowledge of English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other supporting apps/systems for document filing
