About the Role
As the Price Model Analyst, you will play a central role in devising and developing the pricing strategy across Gojek’s vast Logistics marketplace. By developing a deep understanding of the logistics industry and Gojek’s products, you’ll help to chart the course of product development for continual business model improvement. By leveraging research insights you will help to answer the question: what does local and international best practice look like? Through collaboration with technical and business teams you will be at the heart of integrating those lessons into Gojek’s business, whether it comes from fine-scale pricing adjustments to designing game-changing new approaches. You will have a major role to play in knowledge management, and will directly enhance the effectiveness for our various logistics services.
What You Will Do
Generate insights: Work with research team to understand best practice in terms of how different logistics business models produce results
Scope improvements: Leverage insights to drive business and strategic decision-making through impact analysis and feature prioritization.
Analyse: Discover growth opportunities in business metrics by exploring Gojek’s vast data resources
Manage and build relationships: Develop relationships with engineering, data and ops teams to ensure that business value is maximised from new technologies
What You Will Need
A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or another related field
At least 1 year of professional experience in a logistics, supply chain, management consulting, start-up, or investment banking companies (Fortune 500 companies). Previous relevant industry experience is a big plus.
A solid analytical/structured thinking and data-driven decision-making process
Solid data management and excel spreadsheet skills; SQL, Data Studio and/or Python proficiencies are pluses, albeit not mandatory.

Our Logistics team is a family of 80 people made up of business, engineers, product managers, product designers and marketing folks based across Jakarta, Bangalore, and Singapore. The Logistics business to Gojek means providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out; providing and solving the first mile and last mile solutions with strategic insights - Demand generation, supply, promotions and campaigns to improve the revenue growth. In short, we keep things moving. Our main responsibility is to build and manage business strategy for the wider Gojek Logistics Platform. Our team is led by a passionate foodie who loves Irvin’s snacks. We work hard and play hard and take pride in what we do!
