  • Above 5 years of experience in related position from a Manufacturing company.
  • Has experience handling fabrication process for aluminum products.

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, multinational company in Manufacturing industry in finding great talent as Manufacturing Senior Planning Manager, with the requirement as follows:


Requirements:


  • [Mandatory] Above 5 year(s) of working experience in related position form Manufacturing company.
  • [Mandatory] Has experience working in Japanese Manufacturing company.
  • [Mandatory] Has deep knowledge and experience in the fabrication process including the production process to the assembling process.
  • In-depth knowledge of the aluminum product.
  • Education background: min. bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of PPIC, ISO 9001, 5S/5R, cost analysis, and management.
  • Proficiency in English. Able to speak Japanese will be a plus point.
  • Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten area for permanent placement.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the manufacturing operation in the fabrication department, including the manpower, production, cost, etc
  • Arranging, executing, and improving the work plan like the production plan, budgeting plan, and manpower plan, for the short-term and long term
  • Evaluating and continuously improving the strategic plan to increase the efficiency and target achievement of the fabrication department.
