We are looking for a Brand Executive who will plan, strategize and execute brand marketing initiatives to meet the company's business objectives.

What a day at work for you will look like:
Prepare and present brand marketing strategy using creative ideas, assist in copywriting such as to conceptualize, research, write and proof-read content
Assist in monitoring departmental budget expenditure to ensure marketing activities are within approved budget
Assist brand manager in the execution of marketing plans and the day-to-day operation of the assigned portfolio
Handle all administrative work and provide consistent updates to reports, campaign results, agreements, payment requests, etc
Monitor on guard activities, set-up and dismantling works to ensure brand guidelines adhere
Provide support and assistance outside your normal scope of work when required
Learn and understand key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, SEM/ PPC, social media, social selling, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
Maintain industry relevancy by identifying, analyzing, and staying up-to-date with the latest economic/property trends, tech developments, and best practices.
Is this you?
Research experience: A strong experience in gathering and interpreting market and consumer data to make strategic decisions
Creativity: Finding novel, exciting ways to develop a brand and get its message out there can make all the difference to a marketing campaign
Minimum 1-2 years experience in marketing, brand management is a plus
Someone who is passionate about the brand and an out-of-the-box thinker
Strong business mindset, analytical power, and good communication skill (both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia nor English)
Proven ability to execute brand marketing strategies and effectively
Passion for growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects
Open-minded, practical creativity, and result-oriented
