About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding Information Security, look no further. As our IT GRC Specialist for Merchant Platform, you’ll take the wheel in developing and maintaining Information and security management policies for Gojek. Along with conducting security risk, you will be in charge of Monitor, evaluate, and enforce the implementation of information security controls throughout the company. Working closely with data and engineering, you will get to provide a secure platform for our merchants, partners, and consumers. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to provide the best protection by having a high standard of information security

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain Information Security Management Policies
  • Evaluate applicable regulatory requirements and information security standards
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enforce the implementation of information security controls throughout the company
  • Conduct security risk assessment for vendor and business process
  • Plan, drive and support information security initiatives to support business

What You Will Need

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting large organizations, with a focus on IT/Information security
  • Comprehensive understanding of information security methodologies, technologies, regulations, and best practices
  • Broad exposure to information technology infrastructure
  • Effective management with both technical and non-technical personnel at working/management level
  • CISA, CISM, or other industry recognized security and/or privacy certification(s) is preferred
About the Team The Merchant Platform InfoSec team manages Information Security Management System for platformized systems and products which support consumer, partners, payments, and financial products in the Gojek ecosystem. The team consists of several sub-teams with specific areas of focus such as IT GRC, Product Security, Cloud Infrastructure Security, and Data Security and Privacy. The team works closely with several different stakeholders both internally and externally. We are a small team of 13 people based in Jakarta. The great thing about having a small team is that we've all naturally grown very close, both professionally and personally, and really rely on each other to get the job done. Since we started working from home, the GRC Team discusses work in regular stand up sessions. We also had “fun hour” on Tuesday via Zoom where we could update each other on our lives, free discussion, or play online games together!
