Job Descriptions:
Negotiation with supplier & contractor as segregated
Review, Analyze and Prepare Executive Summary of QCF as well as Variation Order (VO)
Review and Approve contract (SPK workflow), MPA/CC and Addendum
Review Budget Infrastructure all PSM
Act as Procurement Controller for purchases across PSMs
Monitor overall compliance to the procurement process through direct involvement in procurement process
Ensure budget compliance, request additional budget as needed
Check Purchases Request, approve tender and approve QCF.
