Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business management, real estates, property management or related disipline
  • Max 47 yo, 5 years relevant professional experience in mall and Apartment Managemetn Strong Competence in Customer Focus & Customer Service
  • Familiar with local commercial market trends and have good and extensive business network with tenants and property agencies
  • Highly conversant with property laws and regulation as well as related practices and requirements
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and communication skill with profieciency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Strategic thinker with sound business acumen, result-oriented; self-motivated, confident, outgoing with initiative and able to work independently and under pressuure
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jl. Citra Raya Cikupa Tangerang
  • Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
