Responsible for planning the execution of promotional communications in the Event Management Department by preparing event inventory media, supervising internal/external media traffic orders, running timeline communication to documenting and archiving event contra-achievements in order to support the achievement of revenue events as well as activation of the brand and Kompas readership.
What will you do : Prepare and manage media inventory of publications (advertising and news) related to event needs.
Manage media order traffic that enters the media to the Event Management Department.
Coordinate with related departments for communication and event registration needs (Brand Communication, Social Media, Product Sales and Marketing Advertising)
Doing documentation and archiving contra-achievement events
Prepare recommendations for improvement related to event communication methods based on the evaluation results
Monitoring media orders for advertising, coordinate with event administration related to external payments, and coordinate with promotion support in documenting proof of advertising.
Requirements : Bachelor Degree prefer in Communication or Marketing Management field or related
Having min 1 year working experience in related
Good knowledge about organizing event concept and ads licensing
Master in evaluating and compiling event implementation reports
Understand how to measure the success rate of events
Understand the correlation between event activation and increased brand awareness
Good in time management skills and have multimedia knowledge/skills
