Technical Support (TeSu)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Response tickets according to the specified SLA and solving customer's issue
  • Active on slack to handle ticket problems
  • Assisting client follow-up by telephone
  • Understanding cPanel and Plesk
  • Make a daily Daily report to the supervisor
  • Handle migration

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 26 years old
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer, or equivalent
  • At least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position
  • Understanding of Linux system operation
  • Understand the concept of server administration with Linux
  • Server administration concepts of Linux
  • Have good communication and be able to work under pressure
  • Able to work with teams as well as individually
  • Can analyze server problems
  • Able to speak English at least passive
  • Willing to work shifting schedules
