Position Summary

Purpose


The primary responsibility of this position is to interface daily with Operations to ensure the proper maintenance of required tooling and equipment information in URSA as it pertains to SSR/OPG equipment.


Duties & Responsibilities

Functions


ESSENTIAL

Maintain and update general tooling information in URSA for SSR/OPG equipment via the following tasks:

  • Update Equipment Data with asset information as needed
  • Update Equipment Purchase Orders and Receipts
  • Transfer of tooling from Sales (new assets) to Rental Fleet along with the creation of the Model Master
  • Facilitate Equipment Transfer Orders – transfer of assets between locations
  • Generate required reports based upon above stated activities

    Maintain and update information regarding the rental of tooling and equipment in URSA via the following tasks:
  • Generate Equipment Move Order (EMO) to ship tooling, equipment and begin the billing cycle
  • Generate Receiver to stop billing cycle of tooling and equipment upon return
  • Generate required reports based upon above stated activities

    Maintain and update tooling and equipment maintenance / service information for SSR/OPG in URSA via the following tasks:
  • Interface with Operation / Engineering to create, maintain or remove service plans to tooling and equipment as required
  • Generate Planned Activity Report and interface with appropriate Shop personnel as required
  • Creation of Service Orders and update tooling and equipment information as required
  • Generate required reports based upon above stated activities

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

  • Reports to Ops Lead
Qualifications

Qualifications


REQUIRED

  • Minimum five (5) years experience in coordinating asset maintenance and logistics
  • Experience with hazardous material transportation guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proficiency with URSA software
    DESIRED
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
    Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.

Working Conditions


This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place.
  • Work surface is stable (flat).
