You are responsible for

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.

  • Resolving key client issues and complaints.

  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.

  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.

  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.

  • Strategic planning to improve client results.

  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance.

  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.

  • Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.

  • Collaborating with cross modalities to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.

  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future business case.

  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.

  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.

  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.

  • More >5 years proven experience in key account management, sales and providing solutions based on customer needs in private hospitals industry.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software (SFDC or similar software).

  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts, complex strategy and strong rapport Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Ability to execute value-based selling in key strategy account.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

  • Ability in problem-solving skill, negotiation skill and represents an organizational shift rather than a sales tactic.
