Role Summary:
The role of Area Distribution Manager will manage and focus on improving Flowserve’s industrial distribution sales coverage and performance for the pumps and seals platform in Indonesia. The intended results will be accelerated bookings, income and improved margins.
This position will work closely with direct sales, distribution business development, product management, marketing and operations to define areas of bookings growth opportunities for pumps and seals platform products through third-party channels. The incumbent, working with the appropriate disciplines and guided by the Distribution Playbook, will prioritize a rolling action list of programs, product opportunities, market opportunities, and initiatives and manage through execution and implementation to drive success.
