About the Role
Regional Operations Associates play a pivotal role in curating and deploying strategies as well as doing analytics at the region and finding local insights to support the overall Operation strategies. He/she will work collaboratively with all Districts and Branches to oversee overall operations and ensure strategic implementation including product changes. Through this role, you will be able to turn data into something impactful for driver partners in the region.

About the Team
As a Regional Operations Associate, you will be the center of excellence for Operations streams in the Regions. You will work very intensively and collaborate with other Regional Operations Associate, Regional Operations Manager, and District Operations Managers from each district in Jabodetabek. You will also work closely with the Analytics team to analyze Operations data to get valuable insight and recommendation for business, related to Driver Engagement, Driver Experience, and Driver Income.
