Job Description

  • Administrating staff management
  • Serving as a conduit between staff and boutique managers
  • Assisting boutique managers, and acting as the person in charge while boutique managers are away
  • Assisting staff work in the case where such staff work is not being fully done
  • Instructing and supervising staff work Checking daily store environments (layout, display, cleanliness, etc.)

Requirements :

  • Minimum hold Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Having sales experience in fashion for more than 3 years
  • Good understanding of English
  • Having interest in Japanese fashion or has been to Japan
  • Fashionable and usually can wear clothes in sizes S or M
