Job Description

In order to support our Plant, we are looking for Junior Communication Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!


Tasks:


  • Conduct single projects, plan and coordinate workflows within the project
  • Participate in developing of the media used in department and participate in preparing of information, taking into account the applicable templates and design guidelines, edit documents
  • Support in creation of texts for all internal and external media for target-group-specific communication
  • Research, summarize, and prepare information and data according guidelines (e.g. templates, design guidelines, etc.) and review the concerning documents
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy for day-to-day activities and provide analytics
  • Support of the organization of the social activities and assists in creation of internal advertising materials


Profile:


  • Unniversity degree in the field of journalism, public relations, communication studies or other related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience within the operative field of corporate communications or public relations, preferably within a decentralized internationally operating company or in a press institution
  • Good command of MS Office Package
  • Fluency in English language, knowledge of German will be considered as an advantage
  • Familiar with various communication channels and platforms as well as experiences in using any kind of new media
  • Ability to present also technical and simple structured topics to specific target group
