Finished Goods Snr Analyst
Job Description
As a Senior Finished Goods Analyst at Micron Memory Malaysia, you will be responsible for the management and development of warehouse functions and processes. You will be responsible for establishing an inventory counting process for the inventories in FG . Responsible for driving the FG team to meet global KPIs and the GDMS issued pertaining to FG business process . You will take the lead in improving the performance of functional areas by scheduling audits, training and liaising with global SMEs to ensure site -to -site process is enhanced in FG. Senior Finished Goods Analysts will be responsible for conducting quarterly business process review with the stakeholders and establishing business goals and align with SLPO for FG development plans. Other responsibilities include encouraging collaboration by assisting with workloads and by supporting, leading, and participating in departmental and area improvement projects, and providing a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment by maintaining current knowledge of requirements and monitoring for compliance, as well as completing active. potential issues.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Manage Team Member Performance

. Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements
. Identify and implement system and process improvements
. Develop, monitor, and report performance metrics
Promote Collaboration and Provide Project Support
. Maintain a proactive and customer-focused approach
. Act as liaison between team and customer group
. Support department performance improvement and cost reduction activities
. Lead or participate in special projects
. Assist others with workloads
. Mentor cross-functional team members
. Promote partnership across functional areas and customer groups
Provide a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment
. Maintain knowledge of and apply company labor and ethics policies
. Maintain knowledge of work-related health resources and how to handle an injury in the workplace
. Ensure that accidents and emergencies are reported and documented
. Identify and resolve and / or report potential safety, security, and labor issues
Education
Desired
Internal : Min Diploma
External : Bachelors Degree
Experience
Required
Min 3-5 years' experience in any of the following:
. Experienced in Warehouse operation - Finished
Goods Warehouse
  • Experienced in SSD or Module or Semiconductor industry will be an advantage.

1 year experience in any of the following:
