Take ownership of the entire end-to-end recruitment efforts
Source for top talents using a variety of creative techniques
Develop talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities
Drive talent management projects from planning to delivery
Execute and coordinate for employer branding activities, including campus initiatives
Assist in other ad-hoc projects/requests
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree from a recognized university with good academic credentials
3 - 5 years of experience in the recruitment area, preferably in a technology company
Good understanding of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong team player who can also work organized, prioritize and support the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Bahasa and English language, both verbal and written
