Summary:

The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week).


Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (4 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Duties

Serves as the official storekeeper for all non-expendable property at the Hang Jebat warehouse. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the non-expendable property US Government offices and other related agencies. Ensures the accountability of assets and internal controls are being followed. Provides current property management information for the storage, utilization, maintenance and disposal of all U.S. Government-owned and leased personal property.


Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Two years of property management and warehousing experience is required, which include at least six months leading small warehouse team..

Education Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School (High School level) is required.

Evaluations:

Post may choose to add the phrase “This may be tested” after a language, skill, and/or ability. Review the VA template for specific information.


LANGUAGE (this may be tested): Level III (Good working knowledge) of English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES (this may be tested):


  • Level I typing ability is required.

  • Ability to identify non-expendable property and expendable supply items is required.

  • Ability to use Microsoft office and ILMS Property Management software.

  • Ability use Excel spreadsheets for property filters, sorts to make reorder/purchase recommendations.

  • Ability to use inventory scanners

  • Must be able to perform moderately heavy work and make heavy lifts at times.

  • Must be able to operates forklift and material handling equipment.

  • Must have a valid driver's license (SIM-A).

Benefits: Agency Benefits:

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Bi-Mission to Indonesia and ASEAN in Indonesia, may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.


For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.


The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
