To execute the daily operations of WhatsApp communities as below:
Inviting selected creators to the groups
Writing and editing engaging text, images, and video content, informing creators of various activities
Keeping the communities in order, reducing the noise in the community, blasting reminding messages creators via one on one chat
To monitor and track the performance of the creators who applied to join Tiktok shop projects, remind those creators who fall behind schedule to finish the tasks in the required time frame
To record and analyze the data of different parts of the community operation, like total members in different groups, success rate of inviting members to the groups, retention rate, conversion rate and so on, help to maintain the active rate and retention rate
To answer basic questions in a timely manner, record and report creators' intractable questions to the Creator Managers, help on solving problems and improve creators' experience
Bachelor degree preferred, good communication skills are required
Familiar with WhatsApp, relevant IM apps and tools, good at Excel or Google Form(Eg: knowing how to use Vlookup)
Candidates who have relevant experience in community operation or customer service are preferred
