Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Darwinbox etc.)
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintain candidate databases (Darwinbox)

Requirement

Having experience minimum 1 year in Recruitment Area, fresh graduates are welcome
Willing to work under 6 months contract
Having work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Consultant/Head hunter, Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Proven in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet
