Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Customer Service manager in the day to day running the organization.
  • Improve Customer Service experience, engaged customers to facilitate growth.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standard.
  • Monthly reporting for all activities, present to all stakeholders.
  • Build relationship with all stakeholders such as key account, order processing, supply chain, and warehouse.
  • Planning and scheduling all activities within the department. Ensure activities are carried out as planned.
  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, staff to ensure proper operations of the organization.
  • Ensuring team engagement with Company's event, as well as alignment with Company's perspective, vision, and mission.
  • Mitigate problems with problems solution. Resolve conflicts.
