Having experience as HR in Distributor/Retail/Logistic business for more than 10 years with min. 5 years in Manager Level.
Having minimum 5 years’ experience in GA functions and administrative control of personnel (attendance, leave, employment contracts, employment agreements, payroll etc), and Understanding of local labor laws in retail.
Having experience with handling people approx 2500 staffs.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Relation and Manpower Regulation.
Have a strong leadership, confident and assertive manner.
