Quality Management

Location : Purwakarta Valid until : 17 Jul 2022

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience in food industry as Quality Assurance
  • Have knowledge of raw material sampling techniques
  • Have knowledge of physical and chemical examination methods
  • Able to conduct audit GMP and verification on CPP, OPRP, Change Management, CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action), CAR (Corrective Action Request), Material Complaint Letter
  • Able to operate the equipment and instruments used for inspection of raw materials
Knowlegeable in Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH), Food Saferty Management System (FSMS), and Good Manufaturing Practices (GMP), Satistical Control (SPC) and QC 7 Tools
  • Moderate communication in English is required
  • Placement: Purwakarta

Job Description

  • Reponsible for ensuring raw materials are in accordance with company standards
  • Resposible for implementation of Food Safety Management System on all departements
  • Responsible for ensuring all documents are registered
  • Make sure measuring and monitoring tools that used in all departements is calibrated
  • Responsible for the implementation of hygiene, including personal hygiene throughout the company
